I want to get like a LCOL with a good pay. So I can have animals, land, home, etc at kind of younger age. Temps arent 2 concerning, crime rates/rising big factor, enviroment/natural disasters are a concern (ie dont want wildfires ie CA or i 10/20 years for my area to be struggling for Water (AZ)?).
Not that I plan 2, but I would prefer a "logical" idea for gun stuff, mostly with this is just if someone is breaking into my home/still on my prop/ attacking me/ being a danger (crime going up i dont want to get charged on some BS if someone tries to rob/home invade) (NJ),

My roommate and I just moved into a new apartment in Glen Ellyn, IL on Thursday June 1st 2023 at noon. That night and the following morning I noticed bed bugs in my bedroom (it took me some time to realize what they were.) Due to the timing and the amount of bugs, it's abundantly clear they were here before we moved in. Friday June 2nd I left the leasing office a voicemail at 8:30 AM before they even opened, followed by two other phone calls and 2 emails until they called me around 1:30 PM. They advised that they would reach out to their pest control company and see if they could provide an emergency response. They also requested a photo of the insect to confirm it was a bed bug, (all with what felt like a skeptical tone) which I wasn't able to email over until after work when the office was closed. They did not give me any updates on the pest control. It is now Saturday, June 3rd, I am covered in bites. The bedroom has been quarantined, but I just found one in the kitchen so the spread is inevitable. I sent another email, made another call, and rang the office's doorbell, but their Saturday are "by appointment," meaning they aren't available unless they have a specific reason to be, which I guess this isn't enough of one. This makes Monday the soonest I will receive a follow up, leaving me to get chewed up and further infested for the entire weekend. I understand it is important to act quickly and correctly in situations like this. What kinds of evidence should I gather? Can anyone tell me more about what sort of response a landlord is legally required to provide to this sort of problem since this seems insufficient? Would I be potentially correct in my belief that they should be responsible for the cost and organization of treatment, as well as any damages suffered from this? I plan to submit a report to the appropriate government agency (the housing division I think) for unfit living conditions as well as looking for a professional legal consult. Are there any other steps I should take?

AKA, Why Do We Have Account Requirements for Individuals?In an effort to make your crowdfunding efforts more successful here on Reddit, some background first:
In many of the gifting and fundraising subs, you'll notice that without a certain amount "karma" and an account that's old enough, you'll garner down votes or worse, your posts and comments get automatically removed.
Why?
To many Redditors, this place is a community built on activity. The "coin" of the land here is your account, and how much you've contributed to the Reddit community at large reflected in post and comment karma.
As a general rule, Redditors dislike the creation of accounts specifically to fund raise or to make requests. It makes it seem like these people simply treat Reddit as some sort of magical internet wallet, and that doesn't win many friends.
The other reason why new accounts are so disliked is that they're often alternate accounts of established users, in order to hide their activity from people they know. - Acceptable transfer methods for individuals are for crowdfunding sites only, such as GoFundme, YouCaring, etc. Individuals should avoid using Paypal, crypto, or direct banking aps (like Chase). 501c(3) and NGOs may use whatever method they wish.
- Don't PM people to make requests. If you receive an unsolicited private message, please let us know!
- Do not post politically-related campaigns. They're just too divisive.
- Trolling will not be tolerated and offending users will be banned.
- Don't bug the mods for an exception to the account requirements. None will be given. If you attempt to circumvent the requirement by karma farming or by commenting on someone else's post, your account will be banned.
- No posting for other Redditors. No Alts. This is viewed as a circumvention of requirements and both accounts will be banned.
- Selling is only allowed by 1st parties directly. We do not allow selling by 3rd parties to benefit another organization, as there's no transparency to verify that the announced percentage of sales actually goes to the beneficiary. Only direct sales by the non-profit organization are allowed.
Supporting Information Requested for Non-501c(3) and Non-NGO campaigns.

- Create a new post or Edit your existing one to include the URL to the photo.
Advice On Making Your Campaign Go Further
Not all crowdfunding campaigns are the same, but here are some suggestions.- Make sure your campaign has been shared among your Facebook friends! You might think it's embarrassing, however your friends and family are more likely to care than internet strangers.
- Show that you've exhausted all the other possibilities. A lot of potential donors don't like to give money when it seems like the requester's first and only solution is to simply throw someone else's money at the problem. Nobody is going to take your word when you literally only say, "but I've done everything!", when the actual reality is probably closer to "I've done everything I can think of", which arguably is NOT everything.
- Show that there's a plan to use the money wisely. Often people have campaigns for their business ideas, but it doesn't really seem like they thought it all the way through. Tell people what steps you've taken so far, and what you're going to do next.
- Be open to critics. If there's something that people ask about, you should not be dismissive. Provide more detail. There's a possibility that they know something you don't, or they have something different about their own experience that might be useful to you. If you simply brush off your critics, it shows objectively that you're not doing everything possible.
- Review your own campaign with the mindset of a potential donor. Ask yourself, "Would I give money to this?" Or get a friend to review it for you.

I started my MFA last year after getting my first solo show closed because of Covid. I was with someone, and we'd agreed I'd focus on school until I graduated and could start teaching. They walked out in October, leaving me to scramble and find a job and housing I could afford.
Because of this, I am in the process of declaring bankruptcy as I cannot pay back the CC debt I accrued trying to support us both. Because I'm declaring bankruptcy, my credit tanked so I no longer qualify for the Grad PLUS loan. Because of that, I have a balance between my scholarship/federal loan and cost of tuition.
I had saved $3k from my last payout of my loan, and I am working my ass off this summer to get the rest saved. I was going to be able to do it and use my work study to pay for supplies. And I've started dating again! Things are looking pretty good even with some uncertainty in the future.
My school upped tuition by $4k. I now need $10,000 to make it through my second and final year of college when before I needed $6,800. Even if I started working 10 hour days starting tomorrow, I will not be able to get this difference made up. And I can't get a second job because of my pets and my own precarious mental health.
I'd applied to some external scholarships. There's not a lot available when you're a white, 30 year old graduate student, and I've been rejected from the ones whose deadlines are past. I've got two more I qualify for, but my hopes aren't high tbh. I can't get a small loan because of the bankruptcy thing. My manager says she's going to talk to our boss and the owner of the store since they might have scholarships available. I've also reached out to the school's financial advisor to ask how the payment plans work.
I just feel like shit right now. It took me 9 years to finish my BFA and then 2 years to get to my MFA. I need my MFA to do what I really want to do in my life, which is teach and use that to fund a community studio for kids and elderly folks. I don't know what witch I crossed to be so cursed.

Dark Elf is a great secondary choice. What makes Dunmerâs (Dark Elves) great as damage dealers is balanced weapon/spell damage and max stamina and magicka pools. Major downside is the lack of any resource sustain or health. High Elf is the recommended choice for magicka damage dealer Arcanist. The reason why, High Elf has a unique 5% damage reduction while channeling. This helps take less damage using your main channel as a damage dealer or a healer. The racial choice also has great passives for damage and resource sustain. Dark Elf is also a great choice for magicka damage dealers for the same reasons its great on stamina. Breton is the recommended racial choice for healing. With strong resource sustain, max stats, you will always be able to cast your skills when you need them. Argonian also makes a great healer and is usually an optimal choice for PvP. I would recommend an Imperial for reduced ultimate cost and cost of your abilities as a Tank. Nord Race has a quick ultimate generation. Don't freak out about the race you can always change with the race change token, and you must love your character. Picking FactionThere are fantastic players in every faction, which doesn't matter in PvE unless you plan to play PvP with your friends in Imperial City, Cyrodiil or Battlegrounds. For maximum potential builds in PvP "Any race, any alliance" feature, available from the crown store, will allow you to pick any race regardless of your alliance. You can increase the characters' inventory space by buying Pack Merchant upgrades up to 140 in total inventory Upgrades from Pack Merchant cost 179 700 Gold. Also, train your horse in the stable master to increase it by extra 60 slots to reach 200 inventory spaces in total. If you own a guild, you can also use its Bank for extra 500 item slots. Consuming potions in ESO has a 45-second cooldown, and with the Medicinal Use Passive, they last 47.5 seconds, which essentially gives you 100% uptime in combat, assuming you're consuming them on cooldown. Car j'ai trouvé une sorte de bùtiment abandonné, en y entrant, toutes les portes était verrouillé sauf une, une porte rouge ( les autres étaient vertes ). En l'ouvrant, je trouva une énorme fleur avec un visage pleurant. Voici donc le prochain Pets que j'allais attrapé...
Malheureusement, elle était enfermé dans une cage, je sortis de la salle et continua devant moi voir s'il y avait quelque chose... et oui !!! Un placard !!! En l'ouvrant, 30P et une clé.
