I just had the absolute longest conversation I’ve ever had in my life with someone I only met once, and it is a complete mindfuck. Not only did we meet on a very unconventional dating app, we met under an extreme circumstance, and since then we have been inseparable on the phone and video chat. I know many people have experienced this as well, but have you ever literally been texting someone since 7 AM until a phone call at 2 PM that lasted until midnight the same day? We shared the most intimate details from our personal romantic, lives to deep-seeded family related traumas, and even some zodiac/ mystical findings that explain why we have so much in common and Click so well? We’ve only had one date, he is divorced, and I am on the precipice of it. I am not exaggerating when I say our connection is surreal and I just wonder if anybody has experienced something like this? Hey guys! Can anyone tell me if notice period buyout is legal in India or is enforceable if it is not mentioned in the offer letter or LOI? I have worked in a firm for almost 1 year and have resigned few days ago but when I requested my manager to shorten my notice period (which is of 2 months), he and my HR said that if I opt for the choice of not serving the full notice period, I need to pay the company that many days of salary which I will not be serving. Also, my manager who is also my TL assigned me a new story the day I resigned and pressurising me to give my 100%. He is complaining the HR almost everyday and the HR is threatening me that she will terminate my employment and not give me experience/relieving letter. The thing is, my team hardly has any devs at the moment. One of them resigned a month ago, now I have resigned and now only a fresher is left in the team. Although my TL/manager is fine with releiving me early, the HR is adamant and wants me to pay the company if i dont serve the whole notice period. I have requested my manager and HR numerous times that I am leaving for higher studies, so please release me early since as a fresher I barely have any dependency in the team and it is difficult for me to work right now. How can the HR tell me that she will terminate me in the notice period when I have already terminated myself a couple of days ago? What solution do you have to combat such a situation? Thanks.

So I'm just chilling waiting for episode 7 and I saw a lot of people talking about the caves and they can use the talisman at the entrances, so this would not work, I believe this wouldn't work because the Talismans needs to be elevated high up, like Donna mentioned if they touch the ground its a rock and you're F**KED, so it also looks like they kinda lose power, I know you might be wondering to hang it up back but I don't think that will work either, so far we know the talismans can be used if they is an entrance/exit area, like if you put the talisman between 2 doors it will work, we saw this is season 1. Like the attack on colony house when Ellis and Fatima got insane RNG with the 20 v 2 wall, aimbot, soft aim, hackers clutch(XD). But what I'm wondering did anyone see any powers that the monsters might have? They seem to have super strength(they tore open the box like cardboard, and It looks like they jumped from the ground to the windows in colony house, cant remember, but apart from strength and jump, and they seem like they have basic human senses or even worse, like you can literally hide in a box and be quiet and they won't even look for you, only if you make noise. I really believe the monsters are easy to beat, but the town is just so scared and they aren't thinking of ways to actually beat them.

1) it seems to be most sister has two builds, with two of them locked in to just have bolters. What is the scope of arm swaps? Has anyone tried it? Or is it a case it looks odd if you dont give “sister with bits 1,2,3 arms 4&5”.

PC Parts. What to Upgrade Next? & how to improve FPS. MW2
Wanting to improve FPS. Have looked at different things compared online and YouTube. Just can’t decide on what parts to upgrade next.
Have benchmarked both PCs Both score great. Just PC#1 crashes in game.
Have also updated all firmware. Including BIOS. Have run cmd* for cleanup’s. Have CAT6 cables throughout house and connect to Ethernet. ISP - download 1000mbps Up 60mbps
Also having an issues with one of my computers “Game Crashing” while playing. Computer doesn’t crash just the game and have to reload it. Think it might be RAM frequency to high for AMD 5 7600x will disable it. Or Power Supply to small.

Hello, like the title says I am autistic, have severe treatment-resistant depression (for over a decade now), and also have ADHD. This is all relevant because it greatly affects what type of job I can do, not just which ones I can perform well at but which ones I can keep a job at without having to quit due to it making me miserable. I’m bad at trying to explain things about myself due to the aforementioned issues but I will try, feel free to ask any questions you have and I will do my best to answer. I’ve talked to people about this issue before (family, my therapist in college, friends) but they just end up getting frustrated with me because none of their suggestions would work, which is kind of funny since I experience the same frustration except I can’t just walk away, this is my life.
I will include more info about my work and educational background below, but I was wondering if a job matching the following description exists, and if it does, would I be in any way qualified for it: The job consists of me doing whatever productive thing(s) largely on my own, largely unsupervised, with few disturbances; there needs to be at least a little critical thinking involved, not something like an assembly line repeating the same exact same over and over; it can’t involve much manual labor; I could wear earphones to listen to podcasts / music etc. and have my phone out at least some of the time as long as I got the work done satisfactorily. Does anyone know of a job like this?
I currently work at the front desk of a hotel. I started in the field almost exactly a year ago, I started out working nights only after it was suggested to me as a job that didn’t involve doing much actual work. However, I was too good at the actual job parts of the job so I got moved to working day shifts. Eventually they kept increasing the amount of work I was expected to do (some weeks I ended up working 80 or more hours) without any corresponding pay raise, until I couldn’t take it anymore and got a job at a different hotel after working there for 6 months. It’s been almost 6 months at the new hotel, and while they don’t work me half-to-death hours-wise like the old hotel, the job itself involves quite a bit more work, and the schedule is crazy. (On the new “regular schedule” starting next week, in one week I will work two 7am-3pm shifts, one 3pm-11pm shift, and two overnight 11pm-7am shift… with one “day off” between working an overnight and a 7am.)
The problem is not that I am bad at my job, in fact I am very good at it, but the toll it takes on my mental health. Also, I want to move to a bigger city soon, and at those hotels usually more than one person works at the front desk at a time, and I can’t do a job where I am always being observed. My favorite parts of my job are preparing the reservations for check-in, there are lots of details that need paid attention to, different types of reservations have to be set up differently, and I am very good at doing so accurately, I’m good at following a sort of flowchart in my head, being aware of multiple rules at once if that makes sense, and when I was first trained for the job I was told I picked it up the quickest out of anyone the managers had ever trained. I like assigning rooms to guests based on their preferences, making the keys, personalizing their registration cards based on details like their rewards club status and whether they’ve stayed at the hotel before, etc.
As for other jobs I’ve tried, I was a substitute teacher for a few months (did not enjoy besides when I got to just read a book for most of the day because the work left for them was worksheets, I’m not a fan of children and I don’t like explaining things to people, or rather I am bad at it due to my language processing disorder) and worked as a cashier at a grocery store for less than a month because I was actually about to end it all from how miserable it made me. As for my education, I have a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science (regretfully) from a good school (Carleton College) with a not-great GPA (2.75-ish) and am unable to pursue further education due to an inability to write essays (due to ADHD, and a lack of funds).
I am sorry if this was too long or unfocused, but any help or advice would be deeply appreciated, as my mental health is suffering a lot and I do unfortunately need to make money to survive. It would also help if the job paid at least as much as my current job (I make $16.50 as a hotel front desk clerk in a city close to Nashville) as I am trying to save up enough money to move out of an emotionally abusive family living situation.

Hi all. Awesome subreddit! I will be in PV near Playa Amapas for most of July with wife and two daughters, 6 and 2. Our youngest, while overall healthy, has a neurological disorder. She doesn’t talk, walk or crawl, though she is active and engaged in her way. She struggles with digestion but otherwise has a happy disposition and is working hard to participate in the world. We would like to try to help her enjoy as much of PV as possible.
I’m interested in any advice, information or suggestions anyone may have. A couple specific questions:
What is our best option for both immediate and general medical care?
If I need children’s medication for acid management like simethicone or omeprizole, any pharmacy recommendations?
Best access to beach or beach club suggestions? I can carry her anywhere but if there is anything that makes life easier….
Family friendly restaurants that are worth going to. We love going out but it takes a lot of work making sure everything goes smoothly. It needs to be worth the effort and also not a burden on the restaurant should it not be so smooth.
Children’s playgrounds, gathering spaces and the like where both girls can engage with other kids.

Me (F28) and my Husband (M36) have been together since 2014, married since 2016. We were long distance for 2 years before we got married, and due to the long distance, culture differences, and severe abusive childhood trauma (on my side), we've spent a long time working on our marriage and ourselves and enjoying life with traveling and discovering. It's not been an easy or quick road, and we are still actively working on things in order to keep our marriage healthy. The beginning of our marriage, we definitely didn't know how to deal with things or how to process things in a healthy manner, it led to unhealthy habits (a lot of fighting, blaming each other, and not working as a team).
Due to this, we've always decided that kids were not in our immediate future (as in, the next few months, maybe the next year), until we feel more ready and mentally settled. I have felt settled with this desicion, if it weren't for one thing.
My mother in law is essentially dying. She currently has multiple types of cancer, as well as the start of heart failure, and she's not looking too good. I love this woman so much, she's been more of a mother to me than my own was (long story, NPD parent, haven't spoken to her since 2011), and I adore her. I know she wants grandchildren, though she has never applied any pressure or even ever asked about when we're having children. She's always stated she's been fine even If we never had any.
Regardless, I know she'd be thrilled to have them. And it makes me so immensely guilty that we arent in a place to give them to her. I want chidlren yes, but I dont want to have my children go through any of the abuse I did, and I'm determined to stop any generational trauma. But it kills me that she may not ever know them.
She's been battling cancer for years, due to the Li Fraumeni gene she carries, and there's little to do. Her recent diagnosis means she may not have much longer to live.
Every day I feel a heavy guilt for not having children sooner, and I don't know how to get over it.
Tl;dr: MIL whom I adore may not have time left, our marriage is not quite ready for children, and I feel immense guilt that she may never know her grandchildren

Should I wait or move on?
So 3 months ago a friend from University confessed her feelings for me and we instantly hit it off. Everything was going smoothly and dreamy until 2 weeks ago she told me about her plans of moving to UK temporarily for further studies. We didn't had problem with that since we were ready for commitment and long distance relationship until last week she started giving cold responses. Fast forward to yesterday she said there's a lot going on in her mind because of her decision of moving to other country. She isn't ready for any commitment and said we are rushing things and apologized for doing things in "flow" without thinking about the future. She's sorry for how she has treated me and now wants to be in touch with her like a friend. What should I do now? I genuinely love her but I don't want to be in a position in which she's no longer interested in me and I keep texting her. Please help, I don't want to lose her

So the last 3 nights I’ve been at girls camp my first year going (my parents forced me) but also my last since I’m turning 18 soon. So the pros of going Ignore any spelling errors I’m dyslexic and sleep deprived 1. I didn’t have to deal with my parents for 3 days (the second I got my phone back and called them they started screaming at me😍) 2. My friend was thier who also dosent believe in any of this 3. I was a ycl so it was really easy to ditch Now the cons I’m not going to number bec it’s be way to many Day 1 I have ti wake up at 5 am to pick up my friend who was going drive the 60 miles to town and drop off my non-Mormon best friend at her house and be to the church by 7. Now we start going up the mountain and I can instantly tell it’s going to be cold the paper they gave us said the lows would be 55 and highs in the 90s (I’m guessing they put the towns temperature not the very top of the mountain) That paper also told us thier would be cabins but guess what, the cabins were for the prestod only we were in tents (but they did give us cots so we obviously should of all been so grateful after being lied to) The first meal they feed us is white rice that was severely undercooked and a mystery soup on top it was disgusting and cold basically prison food. Now the other people the ycls had gotten special permission to go a day early if they wanted (yay who dosent want to spend an extra day in the woods) but luckily I had my college orientation so I didn’t go early, but bec I didn’t go none of the other yvls knew me and they all moved into tents together to keep body heat and I was by myself in my tent that didn’t zip. And I forgot to mention the hail it hails practically the whole time. I don’t remember what dinner was but I just got the salad. Now I’m trying to sleep I’m in pain alone and freezing cold i started just silently crying myself to sleep into my pillow wanting to go home I think I got at most 2 hours of sleep the first night. Day 2. I woke up trying to plan a way to get out early maybey tell the nurse my leg was in the worst pain I had ever felt(witch wasn’t a lie if I was home I would of made my parents take me to the er for it it was so bad) or maybey I could make myself puke and get to go home that way. I get up and change then I went to breakfast and waited for my friend the second day was mostly classes with the levels you were over so I just sat in the back and zoned out. Then during grove time me and my friend went off somewhere and just messed around but bec nethire of us had a watch we “accidentally” ditched 2 of our classes but then her ycls saw us walking trying to find where to go when ppl were walking to the next activity’s so we got separated for about a hour. I was going with my level to the class when I saw them in a Ben h so I just joined them and a friend they made who also didn’t believe and we just talked shot for a hour before thier ycls were like we got this class now let’s go so I just went with my group then it was dinner and it was baked potatoes they gave everyone half of a small potato and one hawaiian roll. After dinner was the ward testimony meetings we sat thier for a hour with my ward and 2 others no one said anything one leader gave thier testimony at the beginning but we all just sat thier for a hour and then made s’mores. Then thier was a dance that was optional but they made you go they had leaders blocking the way to tents. Then they have the level awards and all I want to do is go to sleep but I can’t, at like 11:30 they finally let us got to bed I can’t sleep again and the pain is so much worse I had 5 shirts in and 3pants but still was freezing. Day 3 Finally the last day I pack my bags in the morning bec I couldn’t sleep not like I was going ti wake anyone up in my empty tent so I pack so I can take it to my friends tent to avoid walk-in g all the way up the steep hill. Breakfast is biscuits and gravy that have absolutely no flavor they give us basiclly 3 hours of free time so I just go with my friend to thier tent we just sit untill they do the skits and lunch is again flavorless itallian food and then we load up our bags and they had checked ycms off as fine but then they make all the ycls walk all the way back up to check the trash after almost 4 hours from the time we were supposed to leave we finally do drive back to town and then I take me and my friend for coffeee and subway and we get home While during the day the second and third it wasn’t completely terrible the nights were hell and I hated it not just bec it’s a shitty Jesus camp but bec we were lied to the food was ass and the living conditions were terrible. I told my parents how much I hated it and instead of the expected suck it up you need to be glad you went my mom actually apologized for making me go with shocked me and my best friend I think she’s only every apologized legitamenty like once or twice so that’s a plus but still it was hellish The cons turns into more just a schedule but oh well it was all a con Again ignore any spelling errors I’m tired and my keyboard is glitched out
