I was doing amazing, 3 critical missions in and killing it with my low flying fortress, "The Trigger Finger," My bomber, and my loyal crew of which I had only lost one crew member ONCE (it was the navigator this is important I swear,) I go on the first mission where you can encounter the fighter ace that uses incendiary ammo. And he starts a fire in my cockpit area, I don't have an extinguisher (my bad) so my thoughts are "Quick! Emergency land!" and I do, I also lower the landing gear and manage to close the bomb bay doors before... "landing"
My fellow bombers, my pilot, of which had flown easily 20 missions, was level 8, and hadn't been injured once besides the fire that mission, flew the whole plane DIRECTLY INTO THE GROUND, KILLING 5 OF MY CREW INSTANTLY. and guess who one of the the two survivors are?
The Damn Navigator.

2023.03.21 06:29 J-patrick7926 Should I accept a 50% DTI for now if I have expected income in the future?
FTHB
My fiancé and I are looking to buy a condo in the California Bay Area for 350k-500k. I've saved up about 70k but would lean towards a smaller down payment to conserve cash for renovations. After running some numbers with multiple lenders we found that the monthly payments would be roughly 50% of my take home pay for my income only.
My fiancé just finished school and is looking for work now and should have an expected salary of 70k-85k which would be an addition to my 115k salary. But until she finds work, we'd be solely dependent on my income for the mortgage payments.
I ran our monthly expenses through some budgeting apps and it looks like we'd be relatively okay (we're pretty boring lol don't spend a lot). But do you think this would be too risky?

2023.03.21 06:21 FromHyakToNorthBend Young SB's vs divorcees?
I've plunged into Seeking.com and WYP and having a very interesting time. To be honest, I was originally looking for a college-age Sugar Baby at an SF Bay Area college. There are clearly many wonderful young ladies available. But I've also met at least three women in their 20s/30s who are drop-dead gorgeous (video calls with all three) and open to dating a married gentleman (for free).
It seems to me that there are plenty of men who had no game at age 20 because they had no clue how to properly woo women and/or no clue how to properly do foreplay BUT have learned both by the time that they are 50. Those skills, however late in development, should be put to use.
I think there is something sexy about being in SR, but I wonder if I'll be happier with the divorcees. We'll see.

2023.03.21 05:37 ThrowawayLostatWork I’m (22NB) at my wits end with my boyfriend’s (21M) family and need advice desperately
Hi all. To preface, my boyfriend Dan and I have been dating for nearly two years and have been living together for over a year. I decided to move in with him to get away from my toxic family and because rent where he lives is extremely cheap. However, the reason that his rent was very cheap was because his landlords were his grandparents. And unfortunately, it turns out that his grandparents and his entire family are just as toxic. I discovered this too late and am financially unable to move elsewhere.
The way that Dan’s family is toxic is that they often expect a lot from me and enjoy blaming me for all of Dan’s perceived “failures”. For example, in February, I took Dan on a birthday trip to Universal Studios and ended up spending over 1300 dollars on the whole trip. When his mom found out, she yelled at him (in front of me) about how I should have put that money towards his college tuition instead because “that’s what a woman does for a man”. About a year ago, Dan was admitted into the hospital for 3 days due to his anemia and kidney disease. I found out later that Dan had to convince his grandparents not to evict me from the apartment because they felt that I was the cause of his condition (he has been suffering from these conditions since he was 15). Lastly, about a year ago, Dan decided to get into motorcycling. When his mom found out, he yelled at him over the phone (again, while I was there) that it would be my fault if he got into an accident for “not talking him out of it”.
There are more examples of these incidents but these three are the ones that have stuck with me the most. I try to talk to Dan about it, and it always ends with him saying, “let me deal with my family on my own terms”. But nothing changes! I’m at my wits end here and desperately need advice and help.
TLDR: My boyfriend’s family is extremely toxic, controlling, and overbearing and I am unable to get away from them. My boyfriend also continuously avoids confronting them or doing anything about it. Help!

2023.03.21 05:32 Successful-Star-724 Cleanliness is Next to Godliness: The Importance of Residential Cleaning Services
Keeping a clean and tidy home is important for both aesthetic and health reasons. Not only does a clean home look more inviting and pleasant, but it also helps to reduce the spread of germs and bacteria that can cause illness. This is where residential cleaning services come into play.
Residential cleaning services are professional cleaning services that specialize in cleaning homes and apartments. These services offer a range of cleaning options, including regular weekly or bi-weekly cleaning, deep cleaning, move-in/move-out cleaning, and more. They also use specialized cleaning equipment and supplies that are safe and effective for use in homes.
One of the main benefits of using residential cleaning services is that it saves time and energy. Cleaning can be a time-consuming and physically demanding task, and many people simply don't have the time or energy to devote to cleaning their homes on a regular basis. By hiring a professional cleaning service, homeowners can free up their time and energy to focus on other important tasks or simply relax and enjoy their clean home.
Another benefit of residential cleaning services is that they can help improve indoor air quality. Dust, dirt, and other pollutants can accumulate in carpets, upholstery, and other surfaces, which can cause respiratory problems and other health issues. Professional cleaners use specialized equipment and products to remove these pollutants, which can help improve air quality and reduce the risk of health problems.
In addition, residential cleaning services can help prevent the spread of germs and bacteria. In today's world, where the threat of infectious diseases is always present, it is more important than ever to maintain a clean and sanitary home. Professional cleaners use specialized products and techniques to disinfect surfaces and kill germs, which can help reduce the spread of illness.
In conclusion, the importance of residential cleaning services cannot be overstated. Whether you are a busy professional, a parent with young children, or simply someone who wants to maintain a clean and healthy home, residential cleaning services can help. With their specialized equipment, products, and expertise, professional cleaners can help keep your home looking great and free from harmful pollutants and germs. Remember, cleanliness is next to godliness!
In addition to the benefits mentioned above, residential cleaning services can also help extend the life of your home's surfaces and fixtures. Regular cleaning and maintenance can prevent wear and tear on carpets, flooring, and other surfaces, which can save homeowners money in the long run by reducing the need for costly repairs or replacements.
Residential cleaning services can also be customized to meet the specific needs of each homeowner. For example, some homeowners may require specialized cleaning services for their pets, while others may need help with organizing and decluttering their home. Professional cleaners can work with homeowners to develop a cleaning plan that meets their specific needs and preferences.
Moreover, hiring a residential cleaning service can help reduce stress and anxiety. A clean and organized home can help create a peaceful and relaxing environment, which can promote mental and emotional well-being. By entrusting the task of cleaning to a professional service, homeowners can eliminate the stress and burden of cleaning from their daily routine, and enjoy a cleaner, more comfortable living space.
Finally, residential cleaning services can be environmentally friendly. Many professional cleaners use eco-friendly cleaning products and techniques that are safe for the environment and for homeowners. This can help reduce the impact of cleaning on the environment, while still providing homeowners with a clean and healthy living space.
In summary, residential cleaning services offer a range of benefits for homeowners, including time-saving, health benefits, improved indoor air quality, prevention of germs and bacteria, extended life of home surfaces, customized cleaning plans, reduced stress, and environmental friendliness. For those who value cleanliness and want to maintain a healthy and comfortable living space, hiring a professional cleaning service can be an excellent investment.
One additional benefit of residential cleaning services is the peace of mind that comes with knowing your home is clean and well-maintained. For homeowners who lead busy lives, it can be difficult to find the time and energy to keep up with cleaning tasks. By hiring a professional cleaning service, homeowners can have confidence that their home is being cleaned and maintained on a regular basis, without having to sacrifice their own time and energy.
Another advantage of residential cleaning services is that they can provide a deep and thorough clean that is difficult to achieve with DIY cleaning. Professional cleaners have the tools, equipment, and expertise to clean hard-to-reach areas, such as behind appliances or under furniture, that can accumulate dirt and dust over time. A deep clean from a professional service can leave your home looking and feeling fresher than ever before.
Lastly, residential cleaning services can also be a great option for individuals who are moving in or out of a home. Move-in/move-out cleaning services can help ensure that a home is clean and ready for the next occupants, or can help ensure that a home is left in good condition for the previous occupants. These services can be especially helpful for busy families or individuals who may not have the time or energy to tackle cleaning tasks during a move.
Overall, residential cleaning services offer a wide range of benefits for homeowners, from time-saving and health benefits to environmental friendliness and peace of mind. By hiring a professional cleaning service, homeowners can enjoy a cleaner, healthier, and more comfortable living space without having to sacrifice their own time and energy.

2023.03.21 05:26 lbalter Average range at 75mph
Hi everyone! I recently got my Volvo C40 Core Twin Recharge. I love it! I've had other evs and the Google maps on the cluster makes it a better experience I had on my previous Teslas M3 and MY.
The only issue I really have is the range, and within this post I share a question.
What's the current average range your seeing on trips driving at 75mph? Take like normal-average (California) weather conditions.
I have a trip from the Bay Area to LA in April, 358 miles each way.
There are plenty of charging options, and my goal would be charging around each ~150mi.
I wonder if the car can deliver me the 150 miles plus some padding. I'd be fine with the battery being around 90 to 15%.
Saying all that, I cannot wait until they release the 2024 version with extra mileage. I'm jumping on it!
Thanks!

2023.03.21 05:26 AlissaEns Spondy and SI Joint Pain
I was recently diagnosed with grade 1 spondy in my L4/L5 and degenerative disc disease in L5 and S1, after dealing with the pain for almost 20 years (I’m 38). A previous doctor, who did not do X-rays, had diagnosed me with sacroiliac joint (SI joint) dysfunction simply based on where my pain and inflammation occurs. However, this new doctor who gave the spondy diagnosis says the X-rays show that my SI joints are normal. Does anyone else experience pain on one or both sides near the SI Joint area in addition to low back pain? Is that normal for spondy or should I ask the dr to take another look?

2023.03.21 05:04 cool_shark08 PD-EMS First Haul to Bay Area California... How long will it take?
2023.03.21 05:01 meeppmop Asking for a student: Is this a bad deal? Bay & Wellesley area room for 1200/month
I’m an incoming grad student looking for a place to rent by September. I can’t find any where that is leasing for late summer or September yet (maybe I’m too early). How easy is it to find a place in the summer? Does it get more competitive? My budget is about 1300 and under.
Found a room for rent in a 2 bedroom condo around Bay and Wellesley for 1200/month all inclusive. The building is pretty old but clean. The room is really small and is basically the size of a double bed with some room on the side for a little walking space. The unit would be shared with one other person, the bathroom, kitchen and living room are a decent size.
I’ve only looked for places for 2 weeks and this was the best I could find. There’s time pressure to sign and deposit this week. The thing is I’m a student and don’t have income yet, so I need to find a job serving as soon as I move in. Scared I won’t find a better place close to school and for this price. Should I sign this place for the summer with possibility of lease extension, or should I try to stall and find a later lease?

I’m not sure where to start. About 10 years ago I (27f-now- 17 then-) was diagnosed with Rheumatoid arthritis. I took pills did all the treatments and biologics… it would help at first but eventually they would stop working. I moved to a new area and my new Rheumatoid dr said I do not have rheumatoid. (It runs in my family as seronegative) but I have only been tested with blood work. My bones ache,as do my muscles. My hands stick a lot. My joints swell pretty bad, and everything usually hurts to the touch… I do have confirmed crps, osteoarthritis(localized in my back) and a few thing wrong with my back…. but my new rheumatoid dr says it’s only fibromyalgia that I am dealing with that causes most of my pain… I do have stomach problems to he wants me to be tested for Chrons disease. But I’ve had many cat scans of my abdomen.. and no one has ever brought it up. I do have a EGD scheduled But he’s basically blaming it on fibro and not wanting to do any further testing. There isn’t really another rheumatoid doctor in the area (there is about 1:30 mins away) I’m not sure what my steps need to be. I am so lost and just want relief. I’ve gotten really good at advocating for myself but it seems like not doctor wants to believe me, it’s so frustrating. I do see a pain management and we’ve gotten a lot of my pain controlled but I would like to be properly diagnosed so I can take the medication I need to slow down any further bone damage.
Please help with any advice you may have. I appreciate you guys taking the time to read this. Much love
