Today I bought a CrPC book from Tilak Nagar market, New Delhi. I didn't check it properly because it was a famous shop and came back home. And then I notice fading texts, sections ending with 1 were written as I (I for Ice), and pages were also not up to the mark as I compared them with another book. I went to the shop again and got my money back (not easily). He was giving excuses aage se hi aaya hai aise, maine thodi print ki hai blah blah. Chillane laga phir when I said saaf dikhra hai fake hai book, bolta paise chahiye na vapas ye le or ja. What legal options do I have? Shall I email the publisher? I left my abusive husband 5 weeks ago after he SA’d me for the umpteenth time and I finally snapped and left. He turned up at my mums house the next day, tried to kick the back doors in to get to us with a look of pure hatred in his eyes. We ran out the front with the children, he came back round, charged at me, tried to take the children out of my arms whilst biting me and my mum because his arms were taken up trying to get the children off me. The police said from how bad the marks were on me…if I hadn’t been wearing a jumper, he would have taken chunks out of me. My mum had her arm around his face from behind in her attempt to get him off me and the children and that’s when he bit her. He’s saying he remembered biting my mum but only out of self defence because he couldn’t breathe. He’s denying biting me at all, I’m assuming because he doesn’t have a ‘defence’ for it like he does for biting my mum. After my mum managed to get him off me, he walked off, put a status that he was going to unalive himself and went missing for the night. Police found him hiding at his sisters after she told them she didn’t know where he was. I had abuse from his sisters the night it happened, saying they were fuming with me, they were going to ‘have me’ even after I told them what he had done to me and their nephews.

And tried to kidnap them! I think people are excusing his behaviour because he’s downplayed what he did and ‘poor him, he was just emotional because she left him’ people don’t act in the way he did! That’s not ok behaviour!
How do I make myself not bothered by this? I’m so sick of it all, sick of being too scared to sleep because of the nightmares, scared to go out incase I see him or his family. I have no money because he cleared the bank account the day I left. I’ve left our family home and staying at my mums with no way of being able to afford getting our own place again for me and the boys. I just can’t see this ever getting better, there’s just going to be more abuse and stress along the way.

I'm struggling with AN since 2014 and had a bad relapse in october & started recovery in february this year. I just want to share how my past weeks went with EH, physical and mental health.
TW: Mentioning of calories
Extreme Hunger: My EH was really bad at the beginning of my recovery but I was honoring it most of the times. I ate well above 2000cals during the day but still wasn't satisfied in the afternoon/evening. then i ate most of my food I had at home until i got nauseous because I was so full. It was an awful time. But my big mistake here was I mainly ate low cals food (because I didn't wanted to buy the high/normal cal stuff I actually craved). After a bunch of apples, bananas, low cal cheese and yogurt I never was satisfied but bloated as hell. It got better when I purposely decided after a month in to eat more high cal food when I felt EH. Like a bunch of nut butter, dried fruit, chocolate and cereal. Also I cut back on salads, which hurts a bit because I love salads but they filled me up too much and didn't satisfied my cravings. I still felt ashamed about eating so much but this was such a great decision because I felt less bloated. After like another month it actually got less and less! I still struggle with restrictive mindsets which does trigger EH for me but I dont eat so much that I feel incredibly uncomfortable anymore.
Physical Health: I gained most of the weight I lost back. I have more energy during the day, don't feel dizzy, weak and tired all the time. My last period was around New Years but haven't had it since - which I find weird because I started recovering in february. The last few days I feel like it could start soon - wish me luck! Bloating during the first 2 months was really uncomfortable and literally 24/7. It got better during the last month. My salivary glands under my jaw are swolen since December and I don't f*cking know why. There's a link between eating disorders and salivary gland swelling but apparently it goes away when you eat normally again? I'm going to a doctor this month because of that, I hope they can help me because this lowers my miserable self esteem.
Mental Health: Recovery is HARD. It is a constant fight in your head against yourself, it is tiring! The first weeks were really exhausting but soon after starting to eat more I felt mentally energised again. During restriction my stress tolerance was so so low and I cried over little things because I got so overwhelmed. Also every little thing my work colleagues did pissed me of. I didn't had enough mental capacity to talk or support my friends. All of this has changed and I feel more like myself again, and overall more like a human, not just an machine on auto pilot making calorie calculations 24/7 in my head. Now I finally can spend and ENJOY time with loved ones without constantly thinking about calories, weight and food.
I'm still struggling with restrictive mindsets but I am working on that. I have a fixation on times when to eat, it's difficult to be more intuitive because at work we always eat at the same times together, but I try to not overthink all of that stuff and keep snacks at my table. i am still scared of having candy in my home because I don't want to eat everything at once - this is something I really want to challenge. Maybe tomorrow I'll buy some candy, and if I eat it all at once I'll buy new stuff. My mind shouldn't think those foods are dangerous to be around, the more I restrict, the more I want it. Accepting weight gain is hard but since my bloating got less in the past month I feel better about myself.
I still have to work on some stuff, especially mentally but I am so glad I chose to fight this! Often I get pissed about relapsing in the first place, because I was at a stable place mentally - or at least that's what i thought. Hope I can work with a therapist in future to unpack what's beneath the surface. Anyways, I am really happy with my progress even if the beginning is hard and super uncomfortable. I never ever want to go back into the hell of this eating disorder, also I really don't want to experience those first moths of recovery again.

Seriously, I still don't understand why Source did not do a pre release for le sserafim this comeback.
It's chart performance has been crazy. It's peak on melon is the same as fearless i.e. #8 and I'm sure it's gonna rise even more in the following days across all platforms. This is just a b side that was promoted barely for a week mind u.
Even leaving chart performance aside , in this current environment where girl groups r coming out with pre releases constantly , I'm not sure why Source thought not having a pre release for their first full album was the right thing. Judging by how they made a mv already for this track before they saw the response , they were anyhow going to promote it. A missed chance and wasted potential.
The major reason why I say this is wasted potential is coz this song is perfect for le sserafim. This is what the audience were promised with all the pre debut material they released. Fits perfectly with their concept of being fearless.
For people who do not know, the track name symbolises 3 women from religion, myth and fairy tales who r similarly recognised for their rebellious and disobedient acts. Their curiosity made them cross the restrictions and they were punished. The song chorus even has a line " I wish for what's forbidden" . It's chart performance has been crazy. It's peak on melon is the same as fearless i.e. #8 and I'm sure it's gonna rise even more in the following days across all platforms. This is just a b side that was promoted barely for a week mind u.
Even leaving chart performance aside , in this current environment where girl groups r coming out with pre releases constantly , I'm not sure why Source thought not having a pre release for their first full album was the right thing. Judging by how they made a mv already for this track before they saw the response , they were anyhow going to promote it. A missed chance and wasted potential.
The major reason why I say this is wasted potential is coz this song is perfect for le sserafim. This is what the audience were promised with all the pre debut material they released. Fits perfectly with their concept of being fearless.
For people who do not know, the track name symbolises 3 women from religion, myth and fairy tales who r similarly recognised for their rebellious and disobedient acts. Their curiosity made them cross the restrictions and they were punished. The song chorus even has a line " I wish for what's forbidden" . The next day after work, he randomly decide to go to Dallas BBQ’s because we were both hungry. They seated us immediately, we order, we get to chatting. My main concern is if either of us know what we want, because I’d never want to hurt him. I won’t lie, I am quite the party animal. My behavior strays very far from the loyal, relationship kind of behavior, and I wasn’t willing to sacrifice that freedom just yet. After I communicated that, he understood and accepted that, and we just agreed to see where things go. The thing that blows my mind is that when the check comes, HE PAID. For EVERYTHING, and tipped. Needless to say, my bar is lower than hell. I hadn’t been out on a date where a man was that respectful in, well, ever. I go to the bathroom then one of our managers catch us, saying she’s been watching us the whole time. Believe it or not, she’s very supportive and happy for us, even though we had not been together for even 24 hours yet. After that, we just wandered around Times Square drunk, kissing until it was time for me to leave.
The next day was Saturday, our day off. We decided that I was gonna come over, start watching my show, then finally go all the way. I met his mother, she was very sweet to me and even hyped him up because she thought I was really pretty. Anyway, we got comfortable and we had sex. It was awkward, mainly because neither of us had gotten any action is such a long time before this. It was as if we were losing our virginities all over again. Eventually, the nerves went away and it starting getting good, very good. We get home and this ends with him sobbing in my arms because he insists that he’s a terrible person, potentially a monster, and that I deserve better. For context, we are complete opposites. I’m the light to his darkness, I’m the outside to his in, I’m the joy to his sorrow. I’m reassuring him that this could work, only if he’s willing to let me love him. I move back to NYC in September, and we decided that if the distance doesn’t affect us, then we are safe to continue a relationship.
He helped me bring my bags to the bus station where I had to be heading home. We departed on great terms. However, he’s been in my head nonstop. I think of him every night, and miss falling asleep in his arms. I tried to find excuses to text him as much as I can, mainly just to hear from him and make sure he’s OK. I’ve been single for a while –almost three years. I hadn’t felt these feelings for someone in so long, and honestly, wasn’t planning on feeling them again anytime soon. This came very unexpectedly for the both of us. I go back to NYC for pride weekend, and I can’t wait to see him again. I’d be lying if I said I didn’t think of a future with him. Sometimes we would even joke about us getting married and having kids … But truthfully, it wasn’t 100% of a joke for me. Like we said, if the feelings are still there by the time I move back to NYC, we’re comfortable continuing a relationship.

2023.06.04 19:26 TheGoldenHordeee I just beat every combat encounter in Cyberpunk 2077, while keeping track of all the enemies I fought. Here is what I learned:
While playing the game, I kept an Excel document open where i documented how many enemies were killed in each encounter, and which faction they belonged to. I was curious about which factions had the largest prescences in the game.
I only counted non-respawnable enemies, not random street encounters. Meaning:
-Main and side mission enemies
-NCPD scanner encounters
-Gigs
-Hidden Gems
I killed or incapacitated every foe in every location that I visited.
Robots/mechs have their own category, but if there is someone around controlling them, I count them as part of that faction instead.
I counted turrets, I did not count cameras. Basically everyone and everything that tries to kill you is 1 kill in my book.
I completed all 4 main endings and counted them once (Solo, Rogue, Aldecaldo, Arasaka)
The choices I made obviously also influenced which foes I fought, so these numbers can vary a bit in places (Netwatch over Voodoo Boys, killing all Maelstrom leaders etc.)
So here are the numbers!

Some thoughts and analysis:
-Arasaka's prescence at the top of the kill-board may be concidered a bit unfair since 224 of those kills are from the four different endgames.
-You only fight Arasaka 15 times, but half of those are main missions, dragging the average way up.
-The ending with the highest kill-count is Aldecaldos (116) while the lowest is going with Rogue (34). Arasaka ending is at (78) and Solo ending is at (83)
-The Tyger Claws are easily the most dominant gang and arguably the real winner here. you fight them a whooping 47 times, nearly twice as much as number 2, 6th Street. This is because of their control of Little China and Kabuki in addition to their control of all of Westbrook. Both Regina Jones and Wakako give you a lot of gigs targetting their operations. They also play a role in a lot of quests, like Judy's
-Despite The Claws' insane total numbers you never actually fight more than 17 at the same time, that being in Wakako's final gig. Most gangs have far larger encounters.
-Militech holds the dubious honor of having the biggest enemy force fought simultanously, that being the army you face in the Aldecaldos ending. Here you deal with a crazy 87 Militech enemies
-The rankings from 5th to 9th are very close. If I hadn't killed as many Maelstrom members as possible in missions by making Patricia their boss, they would actually be in 9th instead of 5th with 183 kills.
-6th street are in 6th place. Lol.
-The Animals are described as a Pacifica gang, but you actually find the biggest quantities in City Center. They and the Scavs are the most spread out gangs.
-The biggest non-endgame encounter is Pacifica Mall, where you can fight 53 Animals!
-You deal with more unaffiliated security guards than Scavs. Those russkies better step it up!
-Most solo-working drones and turrets are actually just protecting hidden gems around the maps. Usually only 1 or 2 in every location. That's why you fight so many small groups.
-Unafiliated foes are mostly cyberpsychos and a few NCPD-scanner hoodlums with no associated gang.
-Even when making enemies of The Voodoo Boys you only fight them once in the main story. The only other Voodoo boy encounter is a cyberpsycho
-You somehow only fight the NCPD once, that being an ambush while you are getting a replacement liver for an Aldecaldo member.
-The Aldecaldos and Mox are almost universally friendly barring a few cyberpsychos. (And 2 jerks trying to beat up Garry the Prophet)

-Arasaka's prescence at the top of the kill-board may be concidered a bit unfair since 224 of those kills are from the four different endgames.
-You only fight Arasaka 15 times, but half of those are main missions, dragging the average way up.
-The ending with the highest kill-count is Aldecaldos (116) while the lowest is going with Rogue (34). Arasaka ending is at (78) and Solo ending is at (83)
-The Tyger Claws are easily the most dominant gang and arguably the real winner here. you fight them a whooping 47 times, nearly twice as much as number 2, 6th Street. This is because of their control of Little China and Kabuki in addition to their control of all of Westbrook. Both Regina Jones and Wakako give you a lot of gigs targetting their operations. They also play a role in a lot of quests, like Judy's
-Despite The Claws' insane total numbers you never actually fight more than 17 at the same time, that being in Wakako's final gig. Most gangs have far larger encounters.
-Militech holds the dubious honor of having the biggest enemy force fought simultanously, that being the army you face in the Aldecaldos ending. Here you deal with a crazy 87 Militech enemies
-The rankings from 5th to 9th are very close. If I hadn't killed as many Maelstrom members as possible in missions by making Patricia their boss, they would actually be in 9th instead of 5th with 183 kills.
-6th street are in 6th place. Lol.
-The Animals are described as a Pacifica gang, but you actually find the biggest quantities in City Center. They and the Scavs are the most spread out gangs.
-The biggest non-endgame encounter is Pacifica Mall, where you can fight 53 Animals!
-You deal with more unaffiliated security guards than Scavs. Those russkies better step it up!
-Most solo-working drones and turrets are actually just protecting hidden gems around the maps. Usually only 1 or 2 in every location. That's why you fight so many small groups.
-Unafiliated foes are mostly cyberpsychos and a few NCPD-scanner hoodlums with no associated gang.
-Even when making enemies of The Voodoo Boys you only fight them once in the main story. The only other Voodoo boy encounter is a cyberpsycho
-You somehow only fight the NCPD once, that being an ambush while you are getting a replacement liver for an Aldecaldo member.
-The Aldecaldos and Mox are almost universally friendly barring a few cyberpsychos. (And 2 jerks trying to beat up Garry the Prophet)

I love stats and I'm curious to see what League of Legends mains think about the state of their champion in season 13 which is why I plan on polling every subreddit, compiling the data, and eventually making a grand tier list with all 163 champions

In 2022 for one of my client's I needed to create a ticket system that sells event tickets and bus tickets to these events, but they mainly focus on only bus tickets. They used Event Goose at the time but didn't like the commission they ask. I made this plugin depend on Woocommerce to use the product, checkout, countless Payment Methods etc. After a couple of weeks I finished the first version. It worked but it wasn't very stable.
In 2023 I continued working on this product and wanted to make this plugin and app public for all. A couple of functions this system has: - Sell tickets for events and busses - Scan the tickets in the Mobile app - Add booking costs - and much more.
These external systems like Ticketmaster, event goose etc. take a percentage of every ticket u sell. But what if you can host it on your own Wordpress website. That is really why I created it.

I'm in the middle of s1e10 so PLEASE no spoilers for s2!
Shauna has been and still is SUCH a shitty friend. I seriously do not get the hate for Jackie. If Jackie was supposed to be this shallow mean girl, the writers did an awful job of showing it because I genuinely like her character. Shauna, however, I cannot stand.
At first I thought she was closeted and longing to be with Jackie which I found sweet. Then finding out she not only slept with Jeff behind Jackie's back but then ENDED UP WITH HIM? And Jeff is a pretty damn good and loyal husband. I can't see why Shauna is being rewarded in the show for her constant shitty behavior. Anyway, in the wilderness, Shauna claims Jackie is shallow and insecure and weak but then contradicts herself by saying Jackie had sooo much power over her that she controlled what she wore and the sport she played. Sounds like Shauna is the weak one to me.
Shauna could've had any guy at home but decided to sleep with Jeff and somehow Jackie got flack from the entire group for sleeping with Travis when he was literally the only eligible guy there to sleep with. I truly do not get how Jackie is supposed to be the villain. Nothing in the previous 9 episodes even showed Jackie being spoiled, rude or a bitchy best friend. She was literally always there for Shauna, giving her her necklace before the crash, being supportive of her pregnancy before she found out the baby was Jeff’s. Even when she wasn't pulling her weight in the group, she ended up doing work anyways after a talk with Shauna, so again, not seeing why they all hate Jackie. And if her being cynical and stand-offish is bad, then Travis should also be getting the same flack because he was an asshole before he started fucking Natalie (taking more food than deserved, being misogynistic towards the girls, etc).
Back to Shauna:
In the present, Shauna has literally no character development as she's jealous of her daughter (who is way more of a brat than Jackie btw) and she does things without thinking. She's also literally got the other women involved in a murder that was 100% HER FAULT and it could ruin the other women's lives. Also why was she literally getting off to her daughter's TEENAGE BOYFRIEND??? I am side-eyeing anyone who likes Shauna's character. SHE is the one who is selfish and shallow and I hate how the show is portraying her as someone to root for. I literally hate that she was the one to survive and how she's basically the main character but I cannot stop watching this show because everything else about it is literally amazing.
Rant done.

 | This is only my second time buying non-clone keycaps from Amazon and first time paying over $45 (these were $65) so I thought I'd review them from my perspective. submitted by Jolteon93 to MechanicalKeyboards [link] [comments] I bought these keycaps because I wanted a nice black PBT set with purple accents. I also really liked the coffee cup accent key. At first impression, the set is quite nice. The material feels like quality PBT and the doubleshot extends to the bottom of the keycap. They are 1.3 mm thick. The texture is there although not as grippy as other PBT sets (Keychron KSA is my main point of comparison). However, I was a little disappointed with the quality control, especially for $65. The legends do not seem to have a consistent thickness. See photo of Backspace ("back" is thinner), Control ("C" is thinner), Caps Lock ("C" is thinneunderfilled), black Esc key ("c" is thinner). In addition, the 1u code key had a large splotch on the "e" which seems to be molded in and not something I could remove. Luckily my keyboard layout did not use that key or I would have asked for a replacement. I was also really disappointed in the shade of purple. I knew it was a light purple but the website stated Pantone 265C and the actual color seems lighter, almost pink. I don't hate pink but I was trying to match a slightly darker shade of purple in my desk setup. Overall I have mixed feelings. I really like the feel of the material and the thickness of the caps, but they seem to have similar or worse quality issues to $35 clones on Amazon. I'm considering returning them and just getting a cheaper set, but the only thing stopping me is the fact that the cheap PBT clones often develop shine over time and I feel that these will last the longest. |
