I was wondering about controller and throttle compatibility.
Most brush controllers I see have a 0 - 4V handle on the label on the controller and under the specifications in the ad. I recently purchased a brush controller rated at 36V - 35 amps. I bought it as I thought it was a perfect match to a 36V 35.6 amp brush motor. When I hooked it p I had to press the throttle 4 or 5 times before the thing worked. Also It did not kick in until pressed about 1/2 way.
I contacted the seller and was sent a replacement which I still need to press the throttle two times in most cases and still don't work unless pressed 1/2 way.
Also I noticed the LVC happens way more often than it should on both original and replacement. I used the same battery pack ( 12S - 2P Headway) with a brushless motor rated at 38 amps as well as dual controllers rated at 26 and 18 amps and no LVC.
I ordered a second throttle but did the same thing. When I hooked the controller to a 48 and 56V the LVC did not happen but the throttle was the same. My batteries are home built LFP used Headway cells from Battery Hookup. The Headway pack is 12S - 2P from 8 Ah cells at around 60% capacity. Also Battery Clearinghouse. A123 cells tested for 80% capacity or higher. Also the Headway pack works fine in series with the A123 cells for 17S. I built three 5S - 8P - A123 packs. 15S total.
It is a chain drive ebike geared for 25 mph @ 36V. It is over geared at 15 or 17S but have 24 - A123 cells left over. All my LFP packs are using active balancers. NO BMS so current limiting is thru the controllers. I am contemplating a 3S - 8P - A123 pack in series with two 5S - 8P which will give me 13S - 8P - 43 working volts > 1,500 watts and raise gearing to 30 mph.
35 amps * 36V = 1,260W to controller 25 mph.
35 amps * 43 = 1,505W to controller. 30 mph.
Note that the motor with either of the 35 amp controllers can not even reach 20 mph due to the throttle and LVC issues. The motor has been ruled out as the weak link as I have a really cheap 2,000W - 40 amp brush controller with a speed control knob. No throttle. I do not like running that all the time as it dumps too many amps to the motor at lower speeds. I got 28.5 mph on a slightly downward decline. 23.5 mph on the same 1/2 mile stretch , slight incline. Gearing as I stated before is 25 mph flat according to Electric scooter parts top speed and gear ratio calculator.
I am now running a cheap 26 amp 800W brush controller for lower speeds which is problematic as it cuts in and out at low speed. The 40 amp overheats at low speed so I try and switch back and forth which is not an ideal situation.
I believe this to be a rather technical issue. My background is motorizing bicycles from 20" to 700C. I have Two running chain drives one brush and one brushless and four hub motors. Three Bafang geared 350W - 18 amp and a 20" 800W direct drive and 1,000W.
I stated earlier that the 12S - 2P (used) Headway pack ran a 38V - 1,500W controller with a 1,800W brushless chain drive with no LVC issues as well as a rear 26 amp controller hooked to a 750W gear reduction motor AND front Bafang with no LVC issues. That is 44 amps.
I have had much success running dual motors with a single throttle. The chain and Bafang as well as dual Bafang motors. I have never had such an issue until dealing with these 35 amp controllers.

Any other opinion is copium. Maybe once upon a time One Piece was on a different level, but ever since the timeskip and Wano especially this is no longer the case.
What are the common things people drag on those series about?

Like seriously, what does One Piece do anymore that is better than your average generic shonen twitter loves to rip on? It got all this clout over the last 3 years and grew a ton in popularity, but as someone that's followed the series for nearly a decade now the decline in quality has been insane. Even the world building, something One Piece is renown for, has been loose at best during and after Wano.
Not to mention while most of those series at least have decent pacing, One Piece might have the worst pacing in manga history. With constant cut aways from scenes, annoying teases, and things taking YEARS to progress. Half the chapters that come out these days feel like filler.
The paneling and art isn't even all that great anymore either. If I wanted to read an aesthetically pleasing manga it wouldn't be One Piece.
Of course, because it's goda and "peak fiction" people will rip on you for suggesting this. Let me ask you all this though, when was the last time a character had a genuinely engaging internal conflict in One Piece? WCI with Sanji 5-6 years ago? What about a genuinely great villain? Dofflamingo 8 years ago? Hell, when's the last time we had an arc that didn't feel like is dragged on for way longer than it should? Marineford over a decade ago?? Possibly Zou 6 years ago?
Obviously I'm still a fan of the series otherwise I wouldn't be making this post, but it's been a LONG time since One Piece has resembled the GOAT manga it's built up to be. As we get more into the final Saga I expect people here to get placated by hype moments and lore dumps, but that shouldn't excuse the level of shamelessness Oda is and has been writing with for a while now.

With another home summer coming to a close, I feel like it’s thrown up more questions than answers for the Black Caps. In terms of the actual cricket, it’ll go down as one of the most memorable summers ever with two all time classic test matches.
In the end, we finished with a 3-1 record which is pretty good on paper considering the opposition. Getting a 1-1 draw against England is decent given the respective formlines and the fact we were outplayed for most of the series, and winning 2-0 against SL should have always been the aim.
Having said that, we could have just as easily lost the second England test and drawn the first SL test (and at 6/188 with SL putting 355 on the board in the first innings we were in a position to lose that test for a good while) to end with a 1-1-2 record. While I’ll obviously take it, I feel like 3-1 flatters us in many ways, papering over a few key cracks - we were only really convincing and looking like our old selves in that final test.
Here’s my breakdown of the individual performances:
The Good
Kane: 479 runs at 79.8. He’s back baybee. To paraphrase Mark Twain, rumours of Kane’s demise were greatly exaggerated. Three consecutive match-winning hundreds. What more can you say that hasn’t already been said? Fuck he’s good.
Blundell: 294 runs at 49, 15 catches and 4 stumpings. Continues to chug along exceptionally well. Scored an excellent 138 in the first England when all our other batters forgot to show up and continues to be very tidy with the gloves.
Mitchell: 324 runs at 54. 8th ranked batter in the world. World number #1 is just a formality at this point. Dazball machine go brrrrrrrr.
Henry: 17 wickets at 25.23 in 3 tests, plus a vital 72 in the first test against SL. I thought he was our best bowler this summer, his figures could have been even better but he bowled without luck as is customary at this point.
The so-so
Southee: 17 wickets at 26.58. His overall numbers look good but I’ve put him here because he took 6 wickets at 43 vs England and 11 wickets at 17 vs SL. I thought he was by and large good against England, it was just a tough series for our bowlers overall. Scored a 73 which was nice, but threw his wicket away as usual otherwise in crucial situations.
The openers: I’ve lumped Latham and Conway together because they have remarkably similar overall numbers. Conway: 263 runs at 36.14; Latham: 246 runs at 35.14. Neither were poor, but neither had outstanding summers by their very high standards. Latham scored a vital 83 in the second test against England, and Conway scored a couple of very nice 70s that he really should have converted. Put on some really crucial opening partnerships together at times too. Probably just disappointed to not have a single hundred to show for it between them despite passing 50 five times cumulatively. Definitely a pass mark, but could have been even better. I still think Conway is wasted opening and should be at 4.
The Henry Nicholls
Nicholls: 292 runs at 48.6. His overall numbers look good obviously, but we know that 200* of those were scored in one innings (not to get all NichollsMaths on you). Is he actually good? We may never know. An anomaly.
The Bad
Tickner: 12 wickets at 36.25, econ 4.11. Looked good at times, but overall this went about as expected. He’s capable of bowling some very good balls but is just far too inconsistent to be a test bowler. Looks to have 1-2 boundary balls in him per over.
Wagner: 11 wickets at 40.9. I feel bad putting Wags here given his contribution in the second England test and his heroics running that single with so many injuries, but it wasn’t a great summer for him overall. Have to question whether we’ve seen the last of him at test level given we don’t play again until December.
Kuggeleijn: 4 wickets at 40.25, econ 5.95, 22 runs at 11. Lowlight of the summer was picking him in the first place, and he was exactly as shit as we all expected he would be when he actually played. Fuck off rapist.
M Bracewell: 82 runs at 13.5, 11 wickets at 36.5. He had flashes of looking quite good with the ball, but overall I’ve still not seen a lot to convince me he’s up to it at this level. Of more concern is his batting. If we’re going to continue to pick him at 7 he needs to contribute with the bat. He averaged 13.5 this summer and 19 overall now. I’ve seen nothing to suggest he is up to it as a test batter. Consistently throws his wicket away and should have been dropped for that runout alone. He’s not good enough to play as a specialist spinner and bat at 8 and he’s not a good enough batter to bat at 7. He’s in no man's land, classic bits and pieces player who isn’t good enough at either skill to justify his spot in the side.
The Others
D Bracewell: Just the 2 wickets on comeback, but kept things tight going at just 2.56 which is more than Tickner, Wagner, or Kuggeleijn could achieve for the rest of the summer. I thought he bowled well without a heap of reward.
Young: 10 runs at 5. Just played the one test so hard to judge. I still hope he gets an extended run soon.

Frontier was an 8 part mini-series from Thames Television set in north-west India during the 1800s. It looks pretty great and I'd be interested in seeing it, but I can't seem to ascertain if any copies still exist.

If y'all remember Deku once told he will make his ''borrowed power'' his own power and beat Bakugou with it, but yeah despite 8% OFA he still lost in their 1v1, so as a non manga reader I wanna know if they gonna fight again or not?
I'm not gonna lie in their 1v1 with 5% OFA I wasn't waiting him to win that fight, but with 8% power-up I was waiting him to win, not happened tho, and I was disappointed because of 8% OFA power-up happening for nothing and he failing to deliver his promise, but I still felt like they might make a 1v1 again in the future, but that was before watching continuation seasons, and now I feel like they never going to fight 1v1 again considering how things are going with the series and if they never gonna fight again that means Deku's promise (Or writers promise to the watchers) was for nothing, he/they failed to deliver that promise and for me as a watcher it's kind of disappointing.

I've been thinking about Unity and everytime I go back to play the game something always stops me from fully getting into the game. Which the new Mirage games has given me some hope with it being inspired by Unity's parkour, which I think when it works was the best in the series at least visually, along with rumors of the new AC game looking towards the AC 2 game for a base for missions and feel.
I have high hopes for this new game that I haven't felt in this series since Unity. That was until I was greatly disappointed at AC Unity during launch. Since then Ubi has grounded their alpha game sequences before beta builds to be at least a year of development. While I've heard Unity got around 8 weeks from alpha to beta which I believe is why the bugs are so deeply rooted into the game and haven't been fixed to this day.
I believe a remaster treatment like the Ezio Trilogy, like AC 3, and like AC Rogue should also be given to Unity and also Black Flag!! I will show my bias and say Black Flag is my favorite of the series but not every AC game should and can be an AC Black Flag clone or game otherwise the shine of what makes it special is gone. But the perfect balance of pirate and assassin would be nice for the newer games to share with their respective settings and characters. But back to Unity I believe a remaster would set this game straight if given the correct team, time, and effort that the game deserved from the beginning. Delaying this game for another year would have maybe created the best AC game in the series all around, with the best steath, parkour, and innovative customization/weapons at the time. Instead we got a buggy mess, missing side mission dialogue from.the main character and a broken coop system that still sometimes works to this day.
I was curious if an upgraded Unity game (a remaster hopefully) that got the treatment it deserves would be something the fandom would love to see and feel, like how it should have gotten? If this were to happen it could become my favorite AC game to just play in gernal especially if Ubi perfects the coop like I was expecting back when it first released but never got..

On HMC ive been running this. Consistent 1:03 times with best being a clean low 1:02 time. Id like someone who is probably much better at driving than me tell me what they can get on it and what would be changed. My current issue is it gets squirrly coming out of turns. Ive started watching youtube videos on what lines to take but i know skill issue plays a large role in my times. Also if you can make changes, can you let me know the order you made them in, all at once or individually so i can try individual changes and see if theres a difference?What temps should i be seeing on my tires? Cirrently unless i spin out the rears dont change color at all on telemetry. So, I’ve been wanting to experience the Metal Gear franchise for years now and I just bought a second-hand copy of Metal Gear Solid: The Legacy Collection (PS3), hoping that it would adequately introduce me to the series. It allegedly contained 8 games, but it arrived today and after looking at the contents of each disc, it appears that they only contain:
The voucher inside has already been redeemed (wasn’t aware that some of the games weren’t on the disc damnit lol), but it only lists “Metal Gear Solid” and “Metal Gear Solid VR Missions” as the contents of the voucher.
I did a quick search on the PS Store and did find a few games for purchase, including Metal Gear Solid (PS3/PSP). Not sure if that’s the first in the franchise or not, but it’s safe to say I’m just really confused now and feel like I got scammed 😂
Anyway, I’m just looking for guidance on which games I can currently buy on PSN that I should buy and which order I should play them in. I know this might be asking much, but you’d be helping a newbie who just wants to see what all the hype is about! lol
