Hi! I wasn't able to get a venue ticket for Connect the World, but I am still super excited to watch the stream and I was looking in to buying the concert merch, since I've never been able to get a penlight or anything before with the concerts being very JP focused and only shipping to Japan. I went on the Hololive official store, but they don't offer shipping to the UK. This didn't surprise me, as I normally have to use Geekjack as my official Hololive merch outlet, so I went there next - only to find neither hide nor hair of the Connect the World concert merch!
I was wondering if anyone knew if there was a plan to sell the merch in an official capacity from Geekjack in the future, or any other outlet for that matter? If it isn't possible, it isn't possible, but I wouldn't want to miss the opportunity for fear of asking ;_;

2023.04.06 19:28 Core0verload Something happened with my GeekJack order that I really don't understand and now I'm concerned
 | I've never had any problems with my GeekJack orders until now. I found out recently that my order was sent back and I was immediately confused and upset as to why. Looking up the tracking number on japan post it says it arrived in the states on march 21st and then sent back the very next day under address unknown. This didn't make any sense to me so I contacted GeekJack for customer help and they finally emailed me back with reason. In the email they sent me they said it was sent back because "exceeding the storage period in the destination country without a request from the receiver". Idk if I'm misunderstanding something or not but with tracking it says my order was literally there one day and sent back the next day. How is that "exceeding the storage period"? And now I'm supposed to pay for shipping AGAIN for it to be reshipped. Who's to say this same thing won't happen again now even if I have it reshipped? The communication is shit, the prices are insane (sometimes shipping + customs costs more than the actual merch) and often it takes several months to arrive after production end.
